#BlogeverydayinMay

Day 13, Monday: Issue a public apology. This can be as funny or as serious or as creative as you want it to be.

I honestly don't know what direction to take this. So multiple brief apologies it is.

1. I'm sorry to all who know me for my pregnancy brain and unexplained mood swings sometimes.
2. I'm sorry to anyone ever who's ever been offended by some crazy right wing Christian. Jesus was all about love not hate, so on behalf of them I'm terribly sorry,
3. I'm sorry to those who drive on the road at the same time as me. I will get mad at you for going to slow, not signaling, etc. But this does not mean I hate you.
4. I'm crazy emotional about things I care about, so I'm sorry for crying in front of you if you thought our conversation was going to be simple.
5. I'm sorry that all I can talk about lately is baby stuff, it's sort of a big deal.

until tomorrow.
have a great day.

#BlogeverydayinMay Day 10

Day 10, Friday: Most embarrassing moment (s). Spill.

I don't really know what my most embarrassing moment is. I feel like since I'm not little anymore I don't do embarrassing things. I mean lets be real I still do stupid stuff I just don't get embarrassed by it anymore I guess.

#BlogeverydayinMay Day 9

Day 9, Thursday: A moment in your day (this can be just a photo or both a photo and words)

breakfast.

I'm now obsessed with unsweetened vanilla almond milk. It's really good and has like no carbs which means I can have milk at breakfast and not loose any of my "food" carbs.
I'm caught up now! phew.

#BlogeverydayinMay Day 8

Day 8, Wednesday: A piece of advice you have for others. Anything at all.

Don't be afraid to be the real you. People will love you for it and you'll love yourself.

#BlogeverydayinMay Day 7

Day 7, Tuesday: The thing(s) you're most afraid of

Most of my fears are usually about loosing people, and few things. People is obvious, David, all of our families, and those few friends who are family.

But things is a bit different. I'm scared of loosing all my photos. Digital or printed, all of em. I have lost some in the past, and it was kind of heart breaking. I love my photos, they feel like an extension of who I am, and I don't want to loose any of them. Here are just a few of my favorites.

#BlogeverydayinMay Day 6

Day 6, Monday: If you couldn't answer with your job, how would you answer the question, 'what do you do'?

Love.

Its my goal in life. Pretty simple and really hard all at the same time. I want to constantly have an attitude of love as well as love the things I do. (The first one is way easier if I'm following the second)

I know God called us to love unconditionally like him, even sacrificially. This is my goal in life and drives me to do things, in each choice I try and remember to love.

So right now I'm getting ready to be a mom, which I couldn't love more. As well as finally trying to make my small business/ etsy store be successful.  I would love to be a fine art photographer, but we all know that takes time, so to make money I'm making pretty things for other people.

#BlogeverydayinMay Day 5

Day 5, Sunday: Publicly profess your love and devotion for one of your blogger friends. What makes them great? Why do you love them? If you don't have blogger friends, talk about a real-life friend or even a family member.

Well one of my blogger friends is also my real life friend, so this is pretty easy. She's like the best. The first time we ever met each other she told me she liked my Harry Potter shirt and I told her I liked her purple hair. We were destined to be friends forever. Not even a five hour drive can separate us.

Check out her blog > Almost Overnight

She does outfit posts, travel posts and natural living DIYs.

#BlogeverydayinMay Day 4

Day 4, Saturday: Favorite quote (from a person, from a book, etc) and why you love it

I'm not much of a quote person, but I do like this and try to make it my mantra. Anytime I get something new I try to get rid of something old. We also buy things local/used, and try to make things as much as possible.

#BlogeverydayinMay Day 3

Playing a bit of catch up.

Day 3, Friday: Things that make you uncomfortable

Bellybuttons. I know such a weird thing. But I don't like them, mine included. They are weird and every since I was little I felt like I could reach inside myself by touching in there.

This is something I'm going to have to get over since I'm having a baby, whose belly button I will have to clean. Also mine is about to pop and it freaks me out. David always likes to touch mine just to make me squirm.

Well that's my weird thing that makes me uncomfortable.

Day One, #blogeverydayinmay

I decided to do a blogging challenge for the month of May and here is my first post. If you want to follow along click the link on the bottom of the sidebar.

Day 1, Wednesday: The story of your life in 250 words or less (or one paragraph... no one will be counting your words... probably)

I was the first grandchild on both sides of my parents family and  therefore became both spoiled and bossy, I'll admit it. I have one brother and two very close girl cousins. I had the same group of friends from elementary school to high school graduation, something I'm eternally grateful for. We even went to the same church camp in the summer. In high school I was involved in choir, drama, and debate team. I applied to Purdue on a whim when I worked in the counselors office. I changed my major after my first year there. I met one of my best friends because we were the only two people on our dorm floor with MacBooks. My other best friend I met at the campus ministry/church we were a part of. I picked my majors in college because they were something I wanted to learn about. In college I started working at a coffee shop two weeks after it opened, and just had my last shift there yesterday, almost 5 years later. I met my husband through a friend of a friend. We were married October 23, 2011. Our baby girl is due in July.

Phew. I think I covered as much as possible with as few words as possible.
